At VOSTRO WORLD, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience is our utmost priority. We offer a 14-day exchange/return policy, allowing customers to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange/Refund:

- Customized articles cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Items are eligible for exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, in the wrong size, or defective.
- Products may vary slightly in color due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting during the photoshoot, and therefore cannot be returned for this reason.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, with no refund available. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.
- Customers are responsible for self-dispatching the parcel for refunds. The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note:
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- If an item purchased during a sale is out of stock for exchange, customers can choose to replace it with another available item (paying the difference) or receive an Online Voucher for future use.
Scenarios Not Eligible for Exchange/Refund:
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
- Product damage due to customer mishandling.
- Customer change of mind or failure to check product specifications at the time of purchase.

Customers may contact our customer service representative within 14 days of receiving their order to request an exchange. The exchange order will be placed, and the previously delivered item will be exchanged upon delivery of the new item.

Customers can request a refund by contacting our customer service representative within 14 days of receiving their order. After verification, the refund process will commence, and the refund will be processed within 7 days after receipt of the returned items.
